The management companies must follow Bayshore’s “Guiding Principles” to continually demonstrate their ability to meet specific criteria for professionalism and provide quality care to Bayshore’s residents.

After successfully developing Horizon Bay at Hyde Park and Horizon Bay Memory Care by the Bay together, Thilo and Greg formalize their relationship and focus on new development opportunities, establishing Bayshore Retirement Living. Prior to this, Thilo was CEO of Horizon Bay Retirement Living and Greg was Division Partner at Trammell Crow Residential before forming his own multifamily development company, GWI Investments.
Bayshore Memory Care opens in November to strong demand. This 73-bed state-of-the-art Alzheimer’s care community is located in Naples, Florida.
The Bayshore on Hilton Head Island breaks ground in December. This upscale 126-unit independent and assisted living community constructed in a high-end, five story, residential building is located in Hilton Head, South Carolina and is slated for occupancy in Spring of 2017.
