Scott Doster

Currently Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Bayshore Retirement Living, Scott Doster has been involved in the real estate development and construction industry since 1994.

Between 1994 and 1998 Scott was involved in the development and construction of over one million square feet of commercial development, primarily office and retail space. Scott joined the development team at Gables Residential Trust in 1999 to identify and execute multifamily investment opportunities in Florida’s central and west coast markets. From 1999 to 2004, Scott directed the development of six communities consisting of over 1500 residential units at a development value of over $160MM.

Scott formed GSD Development Inc. in 2004 to collaborate with GWI Investments in the pursuit of development opportunities in the Tampa Bay area. After participating in the development of several highly successful senior housing developments in the Bay area, Scott joined the newly formed Bayshore Retirement Living to focus on executing high quality investment opportunities in the senior housing sector.

Scott received Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida in 1994 and later earned his M.B.A. from the University of Florida in 1998 with a focus on real estate investment and finance.
